About Yaro Starak Artist

I consider myself a ‘reluctant artist’ because I was not involved in painting until I retired from lecturing at the University of Queensland some years ago.

Looking for Art classes, I found a fascinating man called Noel Miller, who is amazing in his many qualities as a teacher and artist.

 

I spent almost two years with him and learned a passion for painting in acrylic. I am still learning a lot and will be experimenting with other art media.
I enjoy landscapes, and I am now passionate about creating Portraits.
