About Yaro Starak Artist
Somehow I call myself a ‘reluctant artist’ because I was not involved in painting until my retirement some years ago from lecturing at the University of Queensland.
Looking for Art classes, I found a very interesting man called Noel Miller who is amazing in his many qualities as a teacher and artist.
I spent almost two years with him and leaned the passion of painting in acrylic. I am still learning a lot and will be experimenting with other art media.
I enjoy landscapes and now am painting small acrylic frames depicting Nature in its many aspects.
I participate at these Art Group exhibitions:
2016 "Eleven Faces of Frida Kahlo"
2017 "Picasso Today"
2018 " You are not alone Van Gogh"
