About the event
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We are Yaro Starak and Gemma Garcia, Directors of the Gestalt Art Therapy Centre in Australia, and Organizers of the International Art Therapy Conference that was prepared to be developed in Ubud- Bali April 10th to 14th, 2020
Unfortunately we need to cancel the event due to Travel Warnings Issued as Coronavirus Cases have been confirmed on four continents. The majority of our attendants are from Asia and Hong King, and unfortunately at this stage it is not confirmed the possibility for them, to travel overseas, and their participation is affecting to the number of participants and reservations. We hope they will be safe and we wish a quick recovery to the affected people as well.
We would like to express our sincere " thank you" for your interest attending this event, it is true that we were working very hard, even moving dates to be able to have participants and you were very supportive adapting you, to this situation.
We hope that next time when we will Organize a new event we would like to count on you.
It is a pleasure finding people like you, very assertive, open to new experiences even without knowing us.
We believe in the power of the resilience, all of us, the humanity, we need more awareness about our mother Gaia, and work together to have a better planet and if it is with Art Therapy, it will be better!.

Dear Art Therapist, Artist, Psychologist, Gestalt Therapist, anyone from the world!
We are Yaro Starak & Gemma Garcia, Directors of the Gestalt Art Therapy centre Australia, www.arttherapygestalt.com
We are the organizers of the International Art Therapy Conference in Bali- Indonesia, April 2020, also we are the organizers of the first 2011 and Second 2012 Art Therapy Conference in Bali, and they were a success!
We are very excited to have developed this Art Therapy Conference, to be held in Ubud (Bali) during the days:
April 10th to 14th, 2020.
The theme of the International Art Therapy Conference will be:
"Connecting, Compassion, Creativity and Celebration"
At this time, we think that we need to review the meaning of "Connecting", in any context (life, therapy, work, relationships, etc) and the Conference will be a perfect space to investigate this.
"Compassion" is also an important part in any kind of therapy (working with people and also compassion for ourselves)
"Creativity", as a part of an Art Therapy process.
